"MEDICINE AND MIRACLES"
“U’Paroh hikriv vayisu bnei yisroel es eineihem vehineh mitzrayim nosei’a achareihem -- And Pharaoh approached; Bnai Yisroel raised their eyes and behold Egypt was traveling after them ..” (Shemos 14:10)
The Medrash (Shemos Rabbah 21:5) notes that the pasuk initially uses the expression of “hikriv – he came closer” and then it says that Egypt [Pharaoh] was traveling after them...
